...I'm back. It was amazing. It was epic. With any luck or time, I'll post pictures later this week before we get on more planes and go to Portland. In the meantime, to focus on something I can easily distill -- Italian toilets are weird. Guys have it pretty easy, what with them being above ground and all. But often they're without seats, which is pretty gnarly, even in principle. Girls get really screwed, though. It's not uncommon to find public toilets on the floor. That's right. Y'all have to conduct business in a hole in the ground. Also, many sinks are operated by foot pedals. As a drummer, I found this quaint. For everyone else, it was just confusing. More later...
